Products will be shipped using FedEx or USPS. When tracking numbers are available, we will send it to the email on file with Paypal. Orders over 0 require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Please contact us to make alternate delivery arrangements if there will be no one available to sign.
The buyer is responsible to work with the manufacturer for any warranty issues. Products needing warranty work should be returned to the manufacturer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and restocking costs for any reason other than damage caused during shipping.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and charges. That cost is not included in the item price or shipping charges. The buyer can check with their country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be so they are aware before bidding/buying. We normally ship “same day” and are not responsible for arrival delays due to International customs inspections or Postal Service mishandling. International shipments are non-refundable.
