Disney Collector Packs Park Series, 28 total figures.  These are likely from Series 1 and 2 (Around 2001/2002), have included all pictures. They were made by Disney/Hasbro. They were bought in the packages at Walt Disney World and unwrapped and put in a drawer for years (never played with) so they are in excellent condition.
