The organ player from the Disneyland Haunted Mansion ride. Will glow in the dark when all lights are turned off.

This specific ghoulish organ player lost his two hands and one leg while a mortal, carrying his afflictions into the afterlife. While technically this can be seen as a product flaw, I've found it to give him a unique ghastly sense of character.
Additionally, the haunted bat seen in the picture carries with it a wing injury from its mortal past.
