Lampshade with wooden slats.  Goes nicely with tropical child's table lamp I have listed.
Dimensions:
9" tall, 15" wide, and weighs 1 lb, 4 oz.
Condition:
About 3 of the horizontal wooden strips/ stitchery that holds slats are broken, see pics
