Manhattan Premium Beer 12 oz. 1936 OI IRTP flat top from Chicago, Illinois

This copper colored 1936 Opening Instructions (OI) Internal Revenue Tax Paid (IRTP) flat top beer can is from the Manhattan Brewing Company in Chicago, Illinois.  I've heard that this was an Al Capone-related enterprise.
As you can see by my pictures, this can has surface rust spotting/bubbling, fade, and scratches.
