this book is a hardback, this book is used, this book measures 9" x 11" and 2 1/4" thick, This book is dirty/dusty and has finger prints, smudges, worn spots & stains (seen in the pictures), the cover is torn on the spine at the top of the book (seen in the pictures) the binding is slightly loose but not bad at all really (I say the binding is loose but it's actually the cover that is loose and starting to separate down the inside of the book, the part with the pages seems pretty good), some of the corners and edges of the pages have folds (seen in the pictures). I didn't see any writing on any of the pages but there might be some that I missed. the pages are turning yellow from age but the print is still very clear and this book is still very readable.
