    Description

"Brett Magnolia Plantation" is the imaginative and incredible art work of Barbara Barnett and Shirley Stokes, The Jones Sisters.  This was their nod to Rhett of "Gone with the Wind".  This entire set is handmade, hand painted and is one of a kind!!!  Brett comes with suits, jackets and accessories from the Antebellum period.  To my knowledge, this was the only male doll folder that the sisters did.  It originally came to me glued on sheets as a presentation set and I patiently removed all the items. There may be some spots of glue that I couldn't get off or a missing tab or two. The only casualty was the top hat that I had to repair.  Because it was a presentation set, it comes with 2 dolls so the folder doesn't have to be cut for the doll. The colors have bled through on both dolls showing each was colored by hand. Because this was a presentation set, there is no wallpaper folder for this and everything is shown in the photos.
I've bought my huge collection from estate sales and from other collectors on eBay.  I don't know the previous storage history.  My collection is stored in a smoke/pet free area in my home, with a dehumidifier running 24/7.  People did smoke back then, I have a poor sense of smell at my age, and I don't know if that lingers.  I try to list all flaws with the paper dolls that I sell.
I only ship to the USA.
