    Severne Windsurfing - Tendon Base - Universal Joint
    Best option for a tendon base.
    The Severne base is light weight - 10.5 oz / 296 grams.  The Chinook Europin Tendon base weighs 12.5 ozs
    Non Slide - Sticky Pad
    The disc is padded to protect your board.  The neoprene disc keeps the base from easily sliding when the base isn't over tightened.
    This set up Europin and padded disc makes this base the best choice for all hands (small, large, old, and young).  It can easily be attached to the board without a need to overtighten.
    My preferred windsurf base unit.  I highly recommend this system.
