The Sabi Knife 6 Kodai, which is now available, has a handle material changed from ebony to FRN (glass fiber reinforced nylon) to make it easier to use.
This blade is highly recommended for those who prefer the small deba type and those who are good at using single-edged blades. In the field test, it was very easy to handle the 'large red sea bream' over 60 cm from the work on board to the handling and cooking in the kitchen. Although it is a small size, it is hidden in the blade and its ability is exactly 'Shachi'.
The steel material for the blade is H-1 steel, which is currently attracting attention and does not rust.
Soak the H-1 blade in salt water of the same level as seawater (3.5 ‰), leave one in water for one week, and the other in salt water for 24 hours and then expose it to air for one week to rust. When I checked for the presence, no rust was found on both blades.
The blade is tough and sharp, so you can easily handle and enjoy the fish you catch on the spot. In addition, the back of the blade has a zigzag non-slip, so you can use it with confidence.
The case is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon that is light and strong against impact. The angle of the case can be freely adjusted when attached to the belt, and Core's lock belt clip that can be removed with a single touch is standard equipment. All other materials used for screws, etc. are 18-8 stainless steel, so they are extremely resistant to rust (more vulnerable to rust than H-1 steel).

About core lock belt clip
A clip that allows you to freely adjust the angle of the case.
To adjust the angle, pinch the belt holder to open it, loosen the center screw with a Phillips screwdriver, and turn the clip to adjust the angle.
After determining the angle, tighten the loosened screws firmly to fix it.
Also, adjust the position of the belt using the four holes in the case.
The width of the belt can be used up to 38 mm.
